Commission Process
Welcome to Polis Artistry Studios! Our commission process is designed to be simple, clear, and efficient. Follow these steps to get a custom design tailored to your brand.
Step 1: Submit a Commission Request
- Visit our "Commission Me" page.
- Fill out the Commission Request Form, including:
- Project Type (Logo, Flyer, Branding Package, etc.)
- Style Preferences (Minimalist, Bold, Elegant, etc.)
- Color Scheme & Branding Guidelines (if applicable)
- Deadline & Budget
Step 2: Quote & Payment Details
- Within 24-48 hours, we will review your request and send:
- A custom quote based on project complexity & turnaround time.
- A payment invoice with multiple payment options ( PayPal, Zelle, Cash App )
- A 50% deposit is required to start the project.
Step 3: Design Process Begins
- After receiving your deposit, the design process starts.
- Initial concepts/mockups are sent within 3-5 business days.
- You will have the opportunity to provide feedback and request up to 3 free revisions.
Step 4: Final Approval & Payment
- Once the final design is ready, we will present it for approval.
- The remaining 50% balance must be paid before receiving the final files.
Step 5: Delivery of Final Files
- After final payment, you will receive high-quality files via:
- Email or Google Drive link
- Formats: PNG, JPG, PDF, AI (for logos)
- Details on usage rights (non-exclusive or exclusive rights) will be included.
Step 6: After-Sales Support & Future Work
- We offer 7 days of free support for minor tweaks.
- Clients are encouraged to leave a testimonial on our website & Instagram.
- Repeat customers and referrals receive exclusive discounts.
Additional Notes
✔ Rush Orders: Available for an extra fee.
✔ Extra Revisions: Additional revisions beyond the free ones cost $25 per revision.
✔ No Refund Policy: Due to the nature of design work, deposits are non-refundable.
